Happy New Year! I couldn’t help but check out the Top 10 Most Stressful Jobs at CareerCast.com. But no need to focus on the negative, the site also lists the Top 10 Least Stressful jobs for 2013.
Onward to the jobs numbers. They are crawling along, but one related item is making some noise. There seems to be a bit more employee confidence as more workers say they might be looking for a new job in 2013.

Tying worker satisfaction to company performance is the focus of a new report at the Academy of Management. The research was done by a Wharton business professor and some of the results might surprise you.
